1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Wevly website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Wevly provides custom software development, AI solutions, SaaS product development, and related technology services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Wevly and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property created during a client engagement will be assigned to the client upon full payment. Wevly retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the engagement.

4. Client Obligations

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, access to necessary systems and information, and cooperation required for project completion. Delays caused by client responsiveness may impact project timelines.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the applicable Statement of Work. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest charges.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wevly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable SOW. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
